Review

Two things I loved:

1. The plot twists

  • Taylor Jenkins Reid really showed us whose boss when it comes to plot twists. The story was beautifully written with nearly every conversation coming into play later on—everything felt so connected. Reid has clearly throughout exactly what she wanted to convey to us, her readers.

2. Realistic

  • I enjoyed how realistic the story felt; the political pieces of Hollywood, award shows, press, and celebrities added depth to the story. It felt as if I was looking into the lives of the elites of our world without them knowing. The “glamorous” lives of celebrities were put into perspective—perhaps not glamorous at all.

One thing I wasn't a fan of:

I have nothing to say here. I loved it, I loved it and I loved it. What more do you want from me?
