Review

Two things I loved:

1. The plot twists

  • Taylor Jenkins Reid really showed us whose boss when it comes to plot twists. The story was beautifully written with nearly every conversation coming into play later onā€”everything felt so connected. Reid has clearly throughout exactly what she wanted to convey to us, her readers.

2. Realistic

  • I enjoyed how realistic the story felt; the political pieces of Hollywood, award shows, press, and celebrities added depth to the story. It felt as if I was looking into the lives of the elites of our world without them knowing. The ā€œglamorousā€ lives of celebrities were put into perspectiveā€”perhaps not glamorous at all.

One thing I wasn't a fan of:

I have nothing to say here. I loved it, I loved it and I loved it. What more do you want from me?
