One thing I loved:

The concept is promising!

I would expect nothing less than an out-of-world experience from Hoover and Fisher—and yes, that is what they delivered. To be more precise, the plot is set somewhere in the middle of reality and fantasy and that is exactly what keeps us intrigued.

One thing I wasn't a fan of:

To be completely honest, I felt like I had outgrown the story. Set in high school where everything feels simple—it just didn’t do it for me. On top of that, I couldn’t get attached to the characters because the nature of the plot is to keep flipping back and forth between memory and forgotten. My brain felt like it was going to explode trying to keep up with each character and their memories.

Overall, it is an interesting idea that I’m sure some people will love—just not me.
